In order to make this easier for you we have made three easy-to-use packages for you to incorporate into your due diligence process.

The Basic Health Check

Our basic health check package is the least substantial of our packages. With this package you get our assessment of the patent rights thought to be the property of the company in question. We check if the rights are duly transferred, if the renewals are duly paid and we check the current status with the patent authorities.

This package will usually cost around 40-50.000DKK plus VAT, depending on the complexity of the the patent portfolio being reviewed.

The Technology Barrier Check package

This package contains the Basic Health Check package, but goes one step further. In addition to checking the status of the patents in the company, we also analyse the strength of the patents and to which degree they sufficiently protect the companys' current and future essential technologies.

This package usually costs around 150-200.000DKK plus VAT, depending on the complexity of the patent portfolio and the degree of detail desired.

The Market Access Package

This package focusses on the relevant competitors in the market and their ability to block the company's access to the market. Inadequate market access may partly or fully block the company's ability to market their products. The Market Access Package includes a search for potential blocking patents and patent applications, a detailed assessment of how critical these patent rights are, and suggestions to improving the market access.

The cost of this package is typically around 350-400.000DKK plus VAT, depending on the portfolios complexity and the degree of detail desired.
